Crescent Seas is on a mission to redefine the luxury real estate industry, with 520 high-end residences available for sale. As the Sales Director , you will be at the helm of our cutting-edge sales gallery in Miami, leading a top-tier team and overseeing all aspects of sales operations.
About the Role:
We are seeking a proven leader with extensive experience in luxury real estate sales management . The Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing a team of elite sales professionals, and ensuring every lead is maximized to its full potential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Oversee all incoming leads, client inquiries, and sales contracts , ensuring follow-ups and conversions.
- Develop and implement high-level sales strategies to optimize revenue and team performance.
- Maintain relationships with key brokers, developers, and luxury clientele.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the luxury space.
- Ensure a seamless sales process, from initial client contact to contract execution.
- Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Represent Crescent Seas at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in luxury real estate sales or a related industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and achieving targets.
- Expertise in lead management, contract negotiations, and closing high-value transactions .
- Strong relationships within the Miami luxury real estate market.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Excellent verbal and written English language skills. Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and reports. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Knowledge of other languages preferred.
REASONING ABILITY:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, associates, and external partners. Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
