The Specialist, Employee Relations is responsible for promoting a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment by addressing employee concerns and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. This role involves conducting investigations and providing guidance on employee issues. It requires strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with a thorough understanding of employment laws and human resources practices. This is a hybrid role, requiring the Specialist to work onsite at least 2 days per week. Additionally, the Specialist must be flexible to work at our other office locations as needed.

Pay: $26.50 per hour
