Responsibilities
- The Oracle Cloud PaaS4SaaS Technical Delivery Lead is a multifaceted role that requires a combination of skills:
- Knowledge in SaaS Applications technology and OCI/PaaS technology.
- Good understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
The tech lead is expected to apply their technical and functional expertise on one hand, and leadership skills on the other, to ensure successful delivery of all technical aspects on their projects. The tech lead is accountable for all technical items (scope) and works closely with the customer counterparts, onshore and offshore functional resources, and oversees and directs the technical teams to meet commitments to our customers on time and on budget.
With the above facets in play, on a typical project, the lead is expected to conduct familiarization sessions, run workshops on all technical items, lead and develop technical strategies and architecture, effectively lead customer, functional, and technical resources in the context of technical items, ensure quality processes and peer reviews are being followed, track and communicate status, anticipate/foresee risk, escalate, and implement mitigations; and finally ensure the technical scope is delivered on time and budget and meets our quality standards, resulting in referenceable customers. The lead is expected to perform as an advisor to the customer, provide guidance and direction, and maintain a good, valuable, and productive relationship.
Aside from the tech lead role on a project, capitalizing on their experience and skills, the candidate should be able to support sales pursuits, conduct technical discovery sessions, work with deals teams on solution design and estimation, and participate in sales presentations and orals showcasing our teams’ solutions, experience, and capabilities.
Additionally, the candidate should be able to contribute/lead innovation and initiatives in the context of our communities of practice and cross-functional teams. Finally, industry expertise is highly desired as our teams align around industries; our top priority is our customer’s success in their transformative undertaking, our customer-centric approach and industry expertise are essential to achieving that goal.
Minimum Requirements
- Technical skills:
- Foundational understanding of OCI.
- Oracle SaaS experience in Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions; including 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM inbound and outbound capabilities as well as reporting and extensions.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering the above tracks.
- Deep experience in integration in general, demonstrated knowledge in platforms (preferably OIC), integration patterns, security, and processes.
- Experience in OIC, VBCS, Process Cloud, ATP.
- Foundational expertise in security: IDCS and security standards, SOS, SAML, OAUTH, PGP, etc.
Functional skills:
- Experience and clear understanding of functional concepts in SaaS modules in areas of expertise.
- Clear understanding of functional processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Project management: planning, tracking scope, collecting and reporting status, identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks; effectively managing resources and identifying needs and changes, etc.
- Customer relationship building.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
