Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 - 8 years in a senior project/program manager or service delivery role.
3. At least 2 years of experience in an engineering organization using Agile methods.
4. Strong understanding of delivery methods and large-scale software systems.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate matrixed resources effectively.
