Description:

Design, develop, document, integrate, test, and deliver scripts, code, and other services employing agile DevOps project life-cycle methodologies and processes in a cloud environment. Build high-performance and reliable data transport mechanisms in support of a newly formed enterprise audit service to government agencies. Develop and maintain software applications and/or databases, including web applications and user interfaces.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer engineering or a related field.
2. 8 years of Software Engineering experience.
3. An additional 4+ years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years.
4. 3+ years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains.

Critical Skills:

1. Strong development skills and JAVA experience.
2. High level of proficiency with Python.
3. Experience operating within the cloud, preferably with Amazon Web Services C2S.
4. Experience building, securing, and supporting internal service APIs.
5. Experience with large-scale LINUX environments.
6. GUI development.

Desired Skills:

1. Familiarity with DevOps and integrating with Gitlab.
2. Experience working with REST APIs.
3. Experience with open source COTS/GOTS/FOSS solutions.
4. Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
