We are seeking Little Caesar's Shift Leaders to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a single shift.

2. Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency.
3. Train employees.
4. Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting.
5. Resolve escalated customer complaints.
