What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
- Aid in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, and coordinate preparations of proposals and financial conditions
- Develop new business and expand the product line
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while providing guidance to program teams
- Manage large teams of employees and subcontractors in Data Center Operations and Enterprise IT Services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20 years of related experience leading and managing IT programs
- 10 years of related experience leading and managing IT teams of similar size and scope
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing contract performance using Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Must have experience managing teams of 100 or more employees
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
- ITIL V3 Foundation or higher
- CompTIA Security Certification or higher
