You are:
Time and Attendance Module Lead who is responsible for leading and performing design, build, configuration and support of the PeopleSoft Time and Attendance module to meet PeopleSoft HCM, Time and Attendance and integrating TA system business process and application requirements across Operations and Maintenance and New Initiative teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead TA business analysts in performing and perform the listed activities; facilitate successful build of application solutions by liaising with development and technical team members.
- Perform Operations and Maintenance break-fix, enhancements, tax updates, and minor projects.
- Troubleshoot incidents and support requests and develop fixes.
- Conduct requirements analysis for new initiatives including new systems, enhancements, and integrations w/ new and/ or existing systems.
- Recommend solutions to satisfy user requirements and determine the impact on the new/existing design.
- Coordinate and support the development and deployment of user documentation.
- Identify inputs, outputs, and throughputs of business processes in support of business process re-engineering.
Here’s what you need:
- Minimum of 5-7 years combined experience leading both operations and maintenance (production support) and implementation of PeopleSoft Time and Attendance v9.2 and integrating TA systems required.
- Experience with Time Collection Devices required.
- Experience with Oracle HR and Time & Attendance.
- Strong functional architect and design experience.
- Fundamental knowledge in set up of Oracle HCM Cloud application security.
- Active Secret.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$108,400 - $203,400 USD
