What You Will Get To Do:
Manage multiple concurrent client facing BAU delivery programs with Enterprise clients
Work with clients to prioritize their needs, working within constraints of a sustainable model for project delivery
Act as primary liaison and relationship to clients from the US project, and professional services teams
Learn and understand applicable technical product and business topics to hold meaningful business discussions with clients
Contribute to, and often lead process development with regards to how we service this client profile
Point of escalation for project-related queries or difficult conversations, and provide consistent peer support and guidance for other team members
Internal data analysis for client services teams, leveraging data to drive team operational improvement proposals
What You Will Bring:
3-6+ years’ experience as a client-facing delivery manager or similar role, preferably for a software provider
Extremely organized, with an ability to track up to dozens of workstreams simultaneously
Ability to communicate to broad audiences around project, business, and technical topics to varying depth
Able to develop strong, productive relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
Strong attention to detail, with a keen sense around risk in any form
Unafraid to act quickly and decisively, when called for
Self-starter, with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to learn
Ability to work in a dynamic, and at times extremely fast-paced environment during the US business day
Emphasis on quality, professionalism, and excellence
Able to see the wider picture and contribute to a continually evolving business
Optional: Professional exposure to FinTech, Investment Finance, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, ITIL v4 Lifecycle Accreditations
