SAP Test Lead / SAP QA / SAP FICO Tester

Base Pay Range: $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and clarify requirements.
- Identify test scope using risk-based testing.
- Create and execute test plans/scripts/scenarios.
- Collaborate with team members on building test cases/scripts.
- Log and track issues/defects through to resolution.
- Provide estimates for test effort.
- Assist in SIT/UAT/Support Releases testing phases.
- Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue/defect reporting, maintain metrics, and provide go/no-go recommendations.
- Generate test data for testing needs.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 7 years of QA testing experience.
- Minimum 2-year SAP Implementation or Support experience in SAP FTM.
- Current project or last 2 project experience with SAP FI CO (genuine experience only).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with ECC 6.0 FICO version.
- Ability to execute transactions in FI Modules like New GL, AP, AR, AA, PS, and CO Basics knowledge.
- Experience with HP ALM or other Test Suite tools.
- Strong Agile background.
- Detail-oriented and a problem solver.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager (Focused Build) is a plus.
