Job Role: Full Stack Developer (React + Python)

Location: Dallas, TX (Fully Onsite)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React and Python to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our web applications, with a focus on creating user-friendly and high-performing front-end experiences. You will also have the opportunity to explore and contribute to data engineering initiatives, expanding your skillset and contributing to the broader data ecosystem within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React and related technologies (e.g., Redux, Next.js).
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate user stories and designs into functional and intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application stability and performance.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Integrate with backend services and databases.
• Implement data security and authentication mechanisms.
• Learn and explore data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data warehousing, and data visualization.
• Contribute to data-related projects, such as data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Assist in building data-driven applications and dashboards.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work effectively within an agile development team, collaborating with other developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in front-end development, back-end technologies, and data engineering.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to learn and grow within the company.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6-9 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Extensive experience with React.js and related libraries.
• Experience with Python and at least one Python web framework (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and API integration.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, testing methodologies, and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for learning and a desire to grow within the data engineering domain.
