Responsibilities:

Data warehouse support. Incident management and user testing. This is a user support role (not call center). Primary duties include data validation, researching, and responding to user incidents relating to data issues. We do not do analytics or reporting, but support a KP community of over 900 users. Strong analytic skills are valued, and data warehousing experience (building, supporting, using) is highly desirable. User testing of release and defect fixes is a large part of the role. Experience in healthcare insurance is highly desired, as the warehouse contains data on membership, coverage, and benefits.

Job Description:

1. Minimum 6 years of experience required
2. Bachelor's degree
3. Must have strong ORACLE SQL experience; ability to write queries, debugging, etc.
4. Must have Data warehouse system support experience
5. Will be doing UAT work for data warehouse – writing queries, testing queries, etc.
6. Healthcare experience
