Corporate Counsel, Pre-Commercial Biotech

Beacon Hill Legal is working on an exciting new opportunity with an early stage biotech company located in Cambridge, MA that's looking to hire a Corporate Counsel with at least three years of law firm and/or in-house experience. This position will report to the Deputy General Counsel and will handle a range of responsibilities including:

1. Managing public company filings, such as 10-K's and 10-Q's, 8K's, and section 16 filings;
2. Corporate governance;
3. Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts;
4. Providing advice on legal issues pertaining to privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates should have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. The company offers competitive compensation along with excellent benefits.

Base pay range: $198,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr
