Office Services & Facilities Coordinator
Redwood City, CA (onsite)
Overview:
Looking for a Facility Support Specialist to assist with client meeting room setups, occupant moves, cleaning duties, and office supply distribution. This role also involves basic facility maintenance, inventory management, and clerical support within the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Set up meeting and conference rooms for clients.
- Perform building customer occupant moves within assigned facilities.
- Maintain cleaning duties for both interior and exterior of office/building locations as needed.
- Restock and maintain inventory records for office supplies.
- Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to company personnel or designated drop-off points.
- Perform general clerical and delivery duties as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Customer-facing service experience and basic facility maintenance skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift/move items up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting.
