$200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead our digital growth strategy primarily across Meta Ads, Shopify, and Amazon. This role requires a data-driven marketing leader who can scale revenue, optimize ad performance, and drive eCommerce growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in paid media, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and full-funnel marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Meta Ads strategy to drive customer acquisition and ROAS.
• Oversee Shopify and Amazon growth, ensuring seamless customer journeys and high-converting product pages.
• Lead a performance-driven team across paid media, email, SEO, and influencer marketing.
• Develop and execute data-backed marketing strategies that increase traffic, retention, and revenue.
• Manage marketing budgets, reporting, and attribution modeling for efficient ad spend.
• Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital marketing and eCommerce leadership roles.
• Expert in Meta Ads management, campaign scaling, and optimization.
• Strong Shopify and Amazon expertise, including PPC, SEO, and marketplace strategy.
• Experience in CRO, A/B testing, and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Analytics).
• Proven ability to scale eCommerce brands and lead high-performance teams.
