Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years

Location: Santa Clara, CA

• ATE setup and Testing using the tester
• Advantest 93k V93000 Advantest Verigy 93K 93000
• Experience with Smartest 8 preferred
• Execution and data collections for SOCs of packages
• Supports engineering activities such as testing, program and hardware checkout utilizing ATE and SLT systems
• Operating Thermostream for characterization
• Minor tweak of load board setup to make it functional for testing
• Calibration & maintenance of test equipment
• Characterization debug using CRO and multimeter.
• Maintenance – Logistics, Storage, Tracking and maintenance of load boards, Test samples and various socket boards
• Linux is must to have

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $75,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
