Introduction

We are assembling a high-performing design team to elevate strategic sales opportunities within the Communications & Industrial market within IBM Consulting. This team will be tasked with translating complex and varied information into compelling, visually engaging narratives. They will leverage their expertise to craft presentations, prototypes, videos, websites, and other deliverables that resonate with executive stakeholders and drive impactful business outcomes. The team will operate in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical experts to ensure client solutions are communicated effectively and persuasively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design engaging visuals for presentations, documents, and prototypes.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into creative concepts.
  3. Ensure consistency with branding guidelines and project objectives.
  4. Incorporate feedback from the Senior Design Director and stakeholders into iterative designs.

Your role and responsibilities

The Senior Sales Designer will play a critical role in crafting the visual components of deliverables, ensuring they are both aesthetically compelling and aligned with strategic objectives. They will collaborate closely with other team members to deliver exceptional design solutions across various mediums.

This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

  1. Advanced proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  1. Experience in Consulting or client-facing roles.
  2. Familiarity with the pre-sales process.
  3. Information design and storytelling with data.
