Manager, Enterprise Talent Services at Motion Recruitment
We are looking for a Senior to Mid-Level Developer to join our team, bringing a passion for front-end development and a keen interest in digital optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building front-end tests and experiments, helping with analytics integration, and collaborating with various teams on digital optimization efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, and other developers to craft impactful digital experiments that align with business goals.
- Assist with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch implementations to ensure accurate data collection.
- Collaborate on integrating behavioral analytics tools like ContentSquare and Heap for enhanced user tracking and insights.
- Help integrate survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey) with Adobe Launch and Optimizely to collect user feedback.
- Support website management efforts through Adobe AEM, including content updates, template modifications, and troubleshooting issues.
- Work closely with the UX, design, and analytics teams to ensure seamless delivery of testing and optimization efforts.
- Help implement tracking strategies and ensure alignment with CRO best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to develop front-end experiences for web applications, focusing on performance and responsiveness.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) practices, A/B testing, and personalization methodologies.
- Experience with testing tools like Optimizely, Adobe Target, or VWO is a strong plus.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, or similar platforms.
- Experience with behavioral analytics tools like ContentSquare or Heap is a plus.
- Exposure to marketing technology ecosystems, including survey platforms and user research tools.
- Experience with survey integration and implementation via Adobe Launch, Optimizely, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Basic experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe AEM) is a plus.
