$150,000 - $160,000 a year

How you will make an impact:

  1. Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive information daily.
  2. Working as an IT Systems Engineer with a focus on Cyberspace-IT project management and coordination.
  3. Overseeing applied research and experimentation projects.
  4. Developing technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.
  5. Interacting with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.

As a Senior Computer Engineer/ Architect, your day-to-day duties will include:

  1. The Senior Computer Engineer/ Architect will be responsible for engineering projects that develop and implement next-generation IT tools, systems, and capabilities to aid DOD cyberspace operations.
  2. The Senior Computer Engineer/ Architect will coordinate with parties to ensure the mission effect is achieved and utilize technical expertise throughout to ensure a sound and secure delivery.
  3. Evaluating, developing, and delivering technical input to the systems engineering process.
  4. Performing tasks in accordance with applicable DOD guidance and industry standards.
  5. Performing computer network exploitation development and evaluating the quality of software systems and solutions.
  6. The Senior Computer Engineer/ Architect oversees the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
  7. Communicating with other program personnel, Government overseers, and senior executives.
  8. Guiding system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
  9. Analyzing complex information and independently taking appropriate actions to resolve problems.
  10. Providing engineering guidance to technical staff and establishing effective working relationships with other Government agencies and mission partners.
  11. The Senior Computer Engineer/ Architect delivers briefings on complex topics to groups, which may include high-level decision makers and works on complex research projects as a senior contributor and as part of an integrated research team.
  12. The Senior Computer Engineer/ Architect designs and delivers solutions.

Your qualifications must be:

  1. Possess an Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Counterintelligence polygraph.
  2. Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience as a System Engineer/Architecture.
  3. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering or related discipline.
  4. Exposure to Cloud/AWS.
  5. A problem solver who can get in, be given a project, and use engineering skills to determine a solution.
  6. Knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF).
  7. Active CISSP, CASP+CE, CSSLP certification (minimum DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Certification).
  8. Able to build systems from the ground up – network architecture/systems engineering.

Salary ranges for this position will be disclosed and discussed during the candidate interviews prior to the Company extending a potential Contingency Offer for the position.
