We are currently partnered with a fast-growing VC-backed seed-stage startup on a mission to transform GTM prospecting with a cutting-edge AI Sales Agent. Their technology helps sales teams optimize data, scale their outreach, engage leads more effectively, and drive revenue faster. They are looking for a ML Engineer (someone who bridges the gap between Machine Learning and Software Engineering) to help shape the future of AI-powered sales automation.

You will be responsible for the design, build, and deployment of AI models to power the autonomous sales agent, and will develop and optimize LLM pipelines for real-time, personalized outreach. You'll also work closely with the product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into the platform and will lead prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and multi-agent architectures.

Key Experience:

1. 3+ Years' commercial experience in AI / Machine Learning
2. Experience building and shipping AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs, RAG pipelines, NLP applications)
3. Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
4. Experience with vector databases and tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a builder’s mindset
6. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
