Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ERP Analyst to join our dynamic team. At RFgen, we are committed to enhancing the supply chain lifecycle, from manufacturing to warehouse management, with our innovative solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

1. Analyze business processes and requirements to determine how ERP systems can support organizational goals.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.
3. Configure and customize ERP modules to align with business needs and improve operational workflows.
4. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
5. Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
6. Assist in the implementation of new ERP functionalities, including testing and validating system changes.
7. Stay updated on ERP trends and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.
8. Prepare documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in ERP analysis or administration, preferably with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft ERP systems.
3. Strong understanding of business processes and operations within manufacturing and warehouse management.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools; experience with SQL is a plus.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
