Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workforce analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee turnover, productivity, retention, and engagement rates.
  • Conduct data-driven workforce planning to forecast talent needs and address skills gaps.
  • Manage compensation benchmarking, salary structures and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Oversee budget allocation for human capital programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.

Qualitative Areas:

  • Lead the execution of leadership development and succession planning strategies.
  • Partner with senior leadership to design and implement employee engagement programs that enhance morale and align with company values.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance with labor laws.
  • Facilitate leadership coaching, mentoring and professional development programs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with executives, managers and employees.
  • Proven expertise in organizational development, change management and strategic workforce planning.
  • Deep understanding of employment law, HR technology systems and industry best practices.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and proven track record at the Human Capital Director level required .
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
  • Confidence through experience in supporting executive leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them as appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with large enterprise-supporting Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) software.
  • Experience within the Government Contracting industry preferred.
