Oracle Cloud Order Management / Inventory Functional Lead

Job Location: Preferred base location of Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, NYC/NJ area, Charlotte, Columbia-SC, DC area + travel

Job Description: The Oracle Cloud Order Management / Inventory Functional Lead will provide applications and solutions consulting to customers and project teams by understanding, analyzing and translating requirements to enhance, support and facilitate effective solutions through either configuration or team development.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong Aerospace and Defense/Industrial Complex manufacturing experience with Oracle SaaS Applications.
  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine business requirements.
  • Identify how the Oracle Cloud SCM solution can be best utilized to meet client requirements.
  • Provide support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications.
  • Support configuration, testing, training, data migration and change management workstreams.
  • Act as Project Manager or Team Lead of large Oracle Cloud SCM implementation.
  • Lead the design of Oracle Cloud SCM implementations for the modules in your expertise.
  • Shape Oracle Cloud SCM solutions to help our clients solve complex situations.
  • Deliver advisory services in broader technology-enabled business change.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.

Required Skills:

  • Aerospace and Defense/Industrial Complex manufacturing experience with Oracle SaaS Applications – specifically Order Management, Inventory, Procurement and Logistics.
  • 10+ years' experience in complex Oracle SCM Implementations.
  • 5+ years' experience in designing and/or implementing Oracle Cloud SCM (in lead roles).
  • Certified in two or more Oracle Cloud SCM modules listed above.
  • Strong communication and leading skills.
  • Understanding of Planning Business Processes.
  • This role will require experience in pre-sales solutioning as well as the ability to lead a project team through the software development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2-3 full lifecycle implementation of SAAS SCM modules.
  • Seeking highly motivated professionals with excellent personal and communication skills and strong experience with the Oracle Cloud SCM applications.
