Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid IT Specialist role at InfoDefense located in Anchorage, AK, with some work from home flexibility. The IT Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day technical support, system administration, network maintenance, and cybersecurity measures to ensure the security and efficiency of information systems.

Qualifications

• Network Administration, System Maintenance, and Cybersecurity skills
• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CCNA
