Summary
The MIL Corporation is seeking a Tableau Developer (Developer, Associate) to support a federal client in Rockville, MD. This role entails working with clients to create dashboards, visualizations, and reports using the client’s financial data warehouse.
This position currently requires an on-site schedule, with 5 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on client and contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand key needs for financial decision making
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports that support client needs using Tableau and similar tools
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with existing tools built on Tableau and client data repositories
- Develop real-time links to feed data into live visualizations
- Review and improve products iteratively based on feedback
- Support financial briefings and presentations

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of direct experience using Tableau in Creator and/or Administrator roles
- 7 years of total relevant experience in related roles
- Knowledge of Federal financial management processes including budget execution and management reporting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent financial data analysis and reconciliation skills
- Flexible and a team player in a fast-paced dynamic client office environment
- Proficient in Tableau and similar tools handling large data sets addressing Oracle and MS SQL Server data repositories

- Creativity in developing new processes and data presentations
- Proficient in PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with the Momentum federal financial system

Clearance
Must be able to obtain a Minimum Background Investigation clearance.

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $101,000 - $190,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL’s complete compensation package.
