Through our teams, we have unparalleled access to a diverse group of motivated changemakers similarly focused on the ingredients for a more perfect future.
We focus on innovation and opportunity -- on long term well being for our associates, customers, and communities. We dream in disruption -- at scale -- especially for those who have been underserved. This is the language of changing things for the better, of the future, and…of Capital One.
Community Finance’s commitment to impact is clear. In 2022, the company provided more than $7.19 billion in community development loans, and we have been an industry leader in community development lending for many years. Our Community Finance team is one of the top providers of affordable housing opportunities in banking. Since its inception, Capital One has invested almost $17 billion in affordable housing and provided financing for more than 160,000 affordable housing units.
As we continue to build our commitment to our customers and communities, we would like for you to consider being part of this very special team.
The Opportunity and Role:
Capital One’s Community Finance team originates debt and equity to support affordable housing development. Community Finance provides debt financing, and invests in low income housing credits through proprietary and multi equity funds. The Capital Officer team is primarily responsible for managing relationships with developers and other industry stakeholders. Capital Officers market our products, understand the competitive landscape and market needs, identify opportunities that align with Capital One’s overall strategy, and elevate market intelligence to key partners in External Affairs and across the company.
We are seeking a passionate, motivated, emotionally intelligent Senior Manager to be an active member of a team focused on sourcing mission- and strategy-aligned multi-family housing development opportunities. You will help enhance our understanding of communities and Capital One’s opportunities to promote socioeconomic mobility.
