Journeyman Language Enabled Analyst - Chinese (Mandarin) Analyst
Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Job Summary
- Castalia Systems is seeking a Journeyman Language Enabled Analyst-Chinese (Mandarin) Analyst to support our customer on site at Fort Shafter, HI. The Analyst will have 3+ years of experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of signals intelligence analysis and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience or Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience or HS diploma/GED and 9+ years of experience
- 3+ Years of Language Enabled Analytic Experience
- 3+ years of experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of signals intelligence analysis and reporting
- Experience with DoD intelligence tools, methodologies, regulations, and policy
- Knowledge of a wide range of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures
- Ability to show a score of 2+ or higher in Listening and Reading on the DLPT, ILR, ODA, or ACTFL Advanced Low in the Chinese (Mandarin) or Tagalog language
- Ability to synchronize tactical and strategic intelligence into products; able to communicate with vast audiences
- Ability to provide shift work support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets
- Experience working in Cyber, Air, Naval or Space domains
- Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and drafting expert assessments across domains on behalf of the stakeholder
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus
- Completion of a credentialing Service School including Army MOS 35P or AFSC 1N3 or Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft-recognized SIGINT analyst certification course

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $98,897.50 to $110,532.50 (annualized USD).
