Rate: $54.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in Release Management is required
• 5+ years' experience with technical project/product management
• Experience working in infrastructure, network or financial corporate systems
• A deep understanding and practical application of standard release process(s), agile methodologies, and technical capabilities (including agile - lean, continuous delivery, SAFE, ITIL)
• Experience working with teams who use development and deployment automation tools in the software development and deployment lifecycle.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented matrixed environment.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow and CI/CD pipeline knowledge

Day to Day:

A sports retailer based out of Beaverton, OR is hiring an Onsite Release Manager to join their Global Release team. This team is responsible for automating release processes in multiple domains that pertain to the company’s infrastructure. More specifically, these resources will be assisting in the launch of their SAP platforms in different global locations. This resource will need to be able to present to VP level, have risk mitigation experience and strong organization skills.
