Role Description:
We are seeking a Lead Low-Code Developer to spearhead the creation and management of our Enterprise Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE). This pivotal role demands a strategic leader who can drive the design, development, and deployment of innovative business solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing development team, establishing robust governance frameworks, and partnering with key stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that optimize operational efficiency and seamlessly integrate with our enterprise ecosystem.
Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
Architect scalable data models and implement intricate business logic to support critical operations.
Optimize and automate business processes through the creation of efficient Power Automate workflows.
Develop and deploy custom connectors to seamlessly integrate with external systems via APIs.
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and development.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-performing Power Platform solutions.
Ensure all solutions meet stringent standards for security, performance, and scalability.
Conduct thorough code reviews and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications and solution architecture.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform
- Advanced expertise in Power Apps development (both Canvas and Model-driven)
- Strong proficiency with Power Automate for complex workflow automation
- Experience building and maintaining Power Pages sites
- Solid understanding of Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service)
- Proficiency with SharePoint and SharePoint Online integration
- Experience with API integration and custom connector development
- Knowledge of SQL and database design principles
- Familiarity with Azure services complementary to Power Platform
- Experience with DevOps & ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP integration experience with Power Platform
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Developer Expert certification
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and analytics
- Knowledge of SharePoint integration with Power Platform
- Experience with AI Builder and/or Power Virtual Agents
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 applications
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
