Location: Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, VA. Security Clearance Required: Current TS/SCI. Mission Impact: Be the driving force behind Air Combat Command’s (ACC) cutting-edge Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations.

Your Role: Innovator, Analyst, Problem-Solver

In this role, you’ll:

  1. Transform Intelligence Operations : Develop algorithms, conduct data analysis, and optimize data patterns to enhance mission capabilities.

  2. Elevate Decision-Making : Utilize advanced statistical techniques and predictive analytics to turn vast data into actionable insights.

  3. Collaborate Across Frontiers : Team up with multi-agency professionals to shape new algorithms and methodologies that define the future of intelligence.

  4. Shape the Narrative : Create compelling data visualizations, build mathematical models, and craft in-depth technical documentation to support mission success.

Required Qualifications

  1. Clearance & Education :

    • Active TS/SCI security clearance.

    • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or Master’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience. (Additional experience in lieu of degree).

  2. Technical Expertise :

    • Skilled in data extraction and analysis from COTS products.

    • Proficient in programming (e.g., Python, R) and machine learning toolkits.

    • Advanced problem-solving skills for unstructured datasets.

  3. Intelligence Knowledge :

    • Experience with multi-domain or all-source intelligence.

  4. Professional Skills :

    • Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities.

    • Capable of presenting technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Advanced Training & Education :

    • Master’s degree.

    • Formal intelligence analysis training.

  2. Specialized Knowledge :

    • Familiarity with U.S. national intelligence partners, non-linear workflows, and TTPs development.

    • Understanding of intelligence tradecraft (e.g., Activity Based Intelligence, Object Based Production, Anticipatory Posturing).

    • Knowledge of SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, or HUMINT collection and analysis.

    • Experience with Air Operations Center (AOC) or Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS).

  3. Communication & Strategy :

    • Strong briefing and writing skills.

Pay Range: Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
