Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Encore Talent Solutions has partnered with a client in search of a Salesforce Programmer Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis.

Required skills:

• Soft skills. Needs a collaborator. Emphasized this piece several times.
• Must have experience with lightning pages, flows, designing solutions.
• Must understand if a line of business says “I want to track X, Y, Z in the system, and lets say if the data is in multiple areas of the system, to be able to understand how to put that together.”
• Understanding Salesforce data models. Hard to build solutions if you don’t understand the back-end data or where it is.
• Experience with deployment systems. The company has a robust deployment model.
• Experience in an environment that requires change control. The client has a very strenuous change control process.
• This person needs to be open to working in a highly regulated environment.

Nice to have skills:

• Someone who’s dabbled in Apex.
• Some API experience.
• Someone who has done integrations with Salesforce.

Duties:

• This role’s primary ability is to build. Someone who is highly proficient in turning requirements into a solution and being able to build it.
