Peraton is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to support MARFORPAC Classified Mobility requirements at Camp Smith, HI.

This position will provide systems engineering support to all DoD classified mobility platforms to include DISA DoD Mobility Classified Capability–Secret (DMCC-S), DISA DMCC-S Windows Data-at-Rest (WINDAR-S) Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC), and USMC CSfC Mobile Access Capability Package (MACP) all of which deliver enhanced capabilities for “classified mobility” that enables remote access to SIPRNET.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for operating and maintaining systems and ensuring these systems meet NSA, DISA, DoD, and customer requirements, while supporting secure communication solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with technical teams to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.
  • Ensure systems and architectures meet NSA and DISA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the NSA, DISA, DoD, and other relevant agencies to gain certifications for various classified mobile solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to advise clients on best practices for mobile classified implementation.
  • Interface with government clients, contractors, and internal teams to communicate technical architectures, strategies, and implementation plans.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project milestones, risks, and performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructures, networks, and systems.
  • Create detailed documentation and guidelines for the installation and configuration of various classified mobile systems and approved products.
  • Write and maintain standardized system documentation, including configuration guides, test procedures, and training materials.
  • Provide on-site installation, integration, and technical training to technical and non-technical users on the daily use, management, and troubleshooting of various solutions.
  • Configure and manage PKI Certificate Authorities for each platform solutions.
  • Apply DoD STIGs and IAVAs to maintain security compliance.
  • Serve as the escalation point for Tier 2 and 3 system outages and support troubleshooting efforts.
  • Prepare test reports and configuration documentation to meet customer standards.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
