We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will work closely with their marketing and IT teams to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. You will leverage your expertise in SFMC to create impactful and automated marketing campaigns, ensuring the effective use of data, customer insights, and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain custom solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Design and manage email campaigns, customer journeys, automation workflows, and data extensions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
• Write and optimize AMPscript, SQL, and other code for email templates, journeys, and automations.
• Ensure data integrity and the efficient integration of SFMC with other platforms and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SFMC functionality and performance.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and related technologies (e.g., AMPscript, SQL, and Automation Studio).
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns, customer journeys, and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and integration with SFMC.
• Strong knowledge of data management, data extensions, and segmentation within SFMC.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein or other AI tools for marketing automation.
• Previous experience in a marketing agency or SaaS environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $70/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
