You are the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Americas Region , responsible for defining how to bring a new product, feature, or service to the North American and Latin American markets in a best-in-class manner. You possess in-depth knowledge of technologies and markets, with your singular focus being to ensure that the Americas region feels as passionately about our products as you do.
Your key areas of focus include performing market analysis and related research to deeply understand our potential users, strategizing pricing, placement, and promotion of the product, developing go-to-market playbooks and planning, as well as conducting lifecycle measurement and value evolution.
As a strategic thinker, you anticipate change and drive visibility and alignment across product, marketing, and revenue teams. Your background is as diverse as your capabilities—you have a startup mentality, are creative, and are an excellent problem solver. You have structured thinking, are a strong communicator, and are highly collaborative with stakeholders. - Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop pricing strategies that maximize product profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans that outline product positioning, target audience, messaging, and distribution channels.
- Monitor product performance throughout its lifecycle, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster alignment between product, marketing, and revenue teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product marketing.
- Collaborate with sales teams, audience marketers, product managers, and customer support to gather insights and feedback for product development.
- Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Make data-driven decisions based on market research, customer insights, and business goals.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends that impact product marketing.
Let’s talk about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
- Proven experience in global markets, with a deep understanding of diverse market dynamics and customer needs.
- Presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
Base Pay Range for this position: $150,000- $188,000
