Base pay range

$155,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Curative AI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer for our rapidly growing company. As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative AI solutions that address critical challenges in healthcare. You'll work closely with other AI engineers, software engineers, and domain experts to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that improve patient outcomes, streamline healthcare processes, and ultimately, transform the way healthcare is delivered. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of AI engineers and analysts
  2. Define and execute data science and AI strategies aligned with business objectives
  3. Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models using statistical analysis and deep learning algorithms
  4. Collect, clean, pre-process, and analyze large and complex datasets from various sources
  5. Design and conduct experiments to validate and improve data-driven solutions
  6. Deploy and maintain AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability
  7. Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and applications
  8. Monitor model performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights
  10. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  11. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and data science research and best practices
  12. Mentor and guide junior data scientists, AI engineers, and analysts
  13. Identify and evangelize new AI and data science opportunities within the organization

Qualifications:

  1. Currently located in the Seattle Metro Region and able to work hybrid on-site a minimum of three days at our Bellevue location
  2. PhD or Master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  3. 2-8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and data science solutions
  4. Deep expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and applications; Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Large Language Models (LLM) highly desired
  5. Excellent understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and AI principles (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning)
  6. Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant programming languages
  7. Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  8. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
  9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  10. Experience with distributed computing platforms such as Spark and Hadoop (a plus)
  11. Health care experience, notably experience with RCM solutions, highly desired
  12. Public cloud experience (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure) desired
  13. Experience with machine learning fairness and bias mitigation techniques desired
  14. Strong communication and collaboration skills
