What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and develop AI solutions that meet client needs
2. Provide technical leadership and guidance in AI technologies, ensuring the technical quality of solutions
3. Lead and oversee the delivery of AI projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget
4. Develop and implement strategic plans for the AI practice, aligning with overall business objectives
5. Mentor and guide AI teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 10 years of Solutioning and Architecting experience for major cloud platforms and their AI/ML offerings
2. Minimum of 5 years of domain expertise in Healthcare (Provider, Health Plan, and Life Sciences)
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience with traditional AI/ML Solutioning
4. Minimum of 3 years of experience programming in Python, R, or JavaScript
5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. AI/ML certification(s) from recognized platforms
2. Exposure to working with LLM Architecture and fine-tuning LLMs
3. Knowledge of generative models, GANs, and transformer-based models
4. Familiarity with ethical standards related to AI
5. Proficiency in additional programming languages
