Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will leverage your strong analytical skills to deliver insightful financial reports, improve budgeting and forecasting processes, and help optimize the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis :
    • Assist in annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
    • Help identify key drivers behind financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
    • Collaborate with department/site leaders to ensure business units are aligned with financial targets.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, highlighting areas of improvement and recommending opportunities for growth.
    • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Reporting :
    • Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
    • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making.
    • Support data collection from different departments or systems (e.g., accounting, sales, HR) to compile relevant reports.
    • Work closely with accounting and systems teams to enhance the use of financial systems and tools for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Education :
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience :
    • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related fields, with a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Experience in integrating data from multiple sources (financial systems, spreadsheets, etc.) for consolidated reporting.
    • Retirement industry experience is a plus.
    • Experience in NetSuite is a plus.
  • Skills :
    • Financial modeling and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    • High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
