Genesis10 is seeking a Physical Security Application Specialist for our client in the Utilities Industry. This is a Contract opportunity located in Downtown Dallas, TX 75201 and will require the candidate to work On Site.

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer S2 LENEL and ExacqVision Application.
• Management of JIRA tickets for assigned applications.
• Configure and Install S2 LENEL and ExacqVision Application.
• Configure physical security tools as per requirement.
• Runbook document detailing the applications and the server details including Vendor.

Recommended vs. Actual:

• Establish yourself as point of contact for support for physical security applications.
• Manage physical security applications by ensuring appropriate maintenance including patches, upgrades, resource changes, etc.
• Collaborate with the company physical security team and the physical security application vendors to ensure the solutions meet the company’s needs.
• Other duties related to physical security applications as requested by leadership.
• Establish positive relationships with primary stakeholders and vendors.
• Document current knowledge and information SMEs and critical team members and contact information.
