Position Overview

Pantheon Data is looking for a talented and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The person will have experience as a Personnel Specialist (PS) in the U.S. Navy in utilizing the systems and applications to provide personnel with information and counseling related to Navy Occupations, opportunities for general education and job training, requirements for promotion, and rights and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Support project team responsible for conducting workflow analyses on existing Navy HR and personnel systems.
  • Use previous experience to assist the team in developing workflows, process flows, identify requirements and determine performance indicators for process effectiveness and health.
  • Understand the organization's strategic objectives and how HR processes align with them.
  • Identify current challenges and inefficiencies in HR processes.
  • Collect detailed requirements from HR stakeholders, including functional, non-functional, and data requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or redesign HR processes.
  • Identify gaps and inconsistencies in the process models.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Experience working with HR processes and systems.
  • Proven experience in process reengineering and optimization.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Government experience with US Navy HR systems and applications.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and diagramming tools.
  • Detailed knowledge of government HR regulations and compliance requirements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location : United States - Remote

Our company prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $53,000 - $83,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
