Windows Mobile Device Systems Engineer - Expert
This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to be considered.
Criterion Systems is seeking an Expert level Windows Mobile Device System Engineer to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer.

Responsibilities Include:
- Perform a variety of engineering analyses, software, hardware, development, integration, testing, maintenance tasks, and support duties.
- Support Azure Infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot, problem resolution, support existing infrastructure services, and integrate new capabilities.
- Manage and secure mobile devices within the organization.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain mobile device management (MDM) solutions focusing on Microsoft Intune, Android, and iOS devices.
- Ensure mobile devices are compliant with company policies and provide troubleshooting and solutions for issues.
- Work with mobile devices, mobile operating systems, MDM solutions, mobile device security, mobile device apps, mobile device enrollments, and end users.
- Research, solution, and deliver on new technical requirements.
- Provide troubleshooting and engineering support at the Tier 3 level for Windows 10 (and higher) desktop operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and support Windows Server 2019 (and higher) technologies.
- Provide troubleshooting and engineering support for Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Document system changes/updates.
- Support other Tier 3 and Tier 4 personnel with user issues, including application assistance, network troubleshooting, and other user assistance items as needed.
- Create and deliver briefings to customers at various levels.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Minimum of 11 years' relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to collaborate within the team and stakeholders.
- Experience with Mobile Application Management (MAM) and best practices.
- Experience developing and maintaining best practice workflow for software requests, procurement, and deployments.
- Experience with Cloud/SAAS solutions maintaining software.
- Familiarity with Cloud infrastructures.
- Significant engineering experience supporting Windows platform environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Robust troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to develop and deploy best practice architecture.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate mobile device environments.
- The following skills are highly desired:
- Microsoft M365 and Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
- Working knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of GIT Hub.
- Microsoft Certifications, Microsoft AZ900 and MS90.
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
