We are looking for a LLM Data Scientist for an international client.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy next-generation agent-based software systems.
• Perform prompt engineering, agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), RAG using knowledge graphs, context retrieval, and LLM evaluation.
• Tune LLM inference using efficiency strategies and perform LLM fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risks, ethical concerns, and other issues related to AI use.
• Develop and maintain machine learning systems, including model development, training, and deployment.
• Manage the lifecycle of machine learning models, ensuring they are deployed, monitored, and maintained effectively.
• Oversee the collection, storage, and interpretation of data, and support the productionalization of produced models.
• Integrate ML analytical components into business solutions and analytical models.

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in ML projects and technologies/frameworks used in ML.
• Knowledge of MLOps architecture and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Experience with data extraction, manipulation and transformation (e.g., SQL or Python) and working in cloud environments (e.g., Azure).
• Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with software engineering practices (e.g., versioning, testing, documentation, code review).
• Experience with deployment and provisioning automation tools (e.g., CI/CD).
• Prompt engineering, AI performance analysis, and LLM evaluation (knowledge and capability evaluation, safety evaluation, retrieval and GenAI evaluation).
• Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Autogen, Langchain, Llamaindex, Semantic Kernel) and LLM inference tuning using efficiency strategies.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning experimentation and cloud experience with Azure.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with distributed systems and clusters for both batch and streaming data.
• Affinity with advanced analytics, data science, and GenAI.
• Hands-on experience building complex data pipelines (e.g., ETL) and system design and architecture.
• Experience with Azure tools such as Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, Azure ML Prompt Flow, Cosmos DB and Graph Databases to develop, test, analyze, tune, and deploy flows.
• Being a committer to open-source projects is a strong plus.
