We're creating AI Employees and software which is sleek, easy to use, and replaces the endless stack of point solutions. We're starting with outbound sales and our AI BDR, Ava. Our platform contains every tool needed for outbound sales - B2B data, AI email sequences, deliverability optimization tools and so much more.
We're growing very rapidly (closing $xM in new ARR each month). We recently raised a $12M seed round from top investors, and are looking for superstars to join us on our rocketship growth as we relentlessly work towards building a multi-billion dollar company.
Seeking a skilled Machine Learning/AI Engineer to join our team in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing advanced AI employees focusing on integrating Anthropic's Claude AI model.
Key Responsibilities: - LLM Fine-Tuning and Prompt Engineering: Customize large language models (LLMs) to enhance the capabilities of our employees, particularly utilizing models like Anthropic's Claude.
- Chat-Based Feature Integration: Develop systems that enable users to interact with platform features through chat interfaces, enhancing user experience and engagement.
- Third-Party Tool Integration: Design and implement LLM systems that seamlessly integrate with external tools, supporting various use cases such as email communications and user interactions.
- Performance Optimization: Work to minimize AI hallucinations, ensure appropriate tone of voice, and reduce system latency to deliver a reliable and responsive user experience.
- Stay Informed on AI Advancements: Keep abreast of the latest developments in LLM technologies, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of AI innovation.
Qualifications: - Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of industry experience in LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering, with a strong emphasis on Anthropic's Claude AI model.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Python, experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
