Bridging AI with Biology & Precision Med

This is a uniquely accomplished drug + cellular discovery team with unprecedented success in their 4 years of inception, having already patented 6+ new entities going through clinical stages.

Opportunity to join and lead a fast-growing science AI/ML team.

Seeking interdisciplinary talent in Machine Learning AND Computational Chemistry/Biophysics to develop novel algorithms utilizing chem domain expertise.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop novel ML models to accelerate a multimodal approach to drug discovery
2. Process research papers, evaluate & integrate existing frameworks, methods & tools
3. Proactively contribute to the planning of the roadmap
4. Partner with cancer biologists, biostatisticians, and wet-lab specialists to determine product requirements and functionality

Requirements:

1. MS or PhD in Chemistry/Biochem/Physics with modeling for drug/bio discovery
2. Experience in cheminformatic packages (RDKit, OpenMM, Gromacs...)
3. Previous contribution to deep learning/generative compound or molecule design
4. Proficiency in a modern AI tech stack - Python, PyTorch
