Hours: 33 hours and 30 minutes per week per annum including 33 hours and 30 minutes’ worth of INSET training per academic year.

You will be supervising administrative and business processes and staff in the office, and be responsible for administrative, financial, HR, and organisational work that supports the operation and management of the school in a positive, effective, and confidential way at all times.
Having excellent computer skills is essential to fulfil your role efficiently. In addition, you must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff, visitors, pupils, and parents.
Your Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the SLT (senior leadership team).
- Supervise day-to-day work of the school office and able to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deadlines.
- Contribute towards the planning, development, and organisation of systems, procedures, and policies.
- Supervise, train, and develop admin staff as appropriate.
- Oversee the provision of effective office and reception services and maintain a welcoming and supportive ‘front of house’ service for all parents, pupils, staff, governors, and visitors adhering to strict safeguarding procedures.
- Work closely with the central team with respect to HR, Finance, and Premises.
- Be a clear and creative communicator.
School experience is really helpful but not essential; you will already have senior office experience, which you may have gained in the public or private sector.
