Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President, Consumer Experience, Analytics, and Insights will lead the organization in developing and implementing a strategic direction to deliver differentiated consumer experiences that build loyalty and align with our brand positioning.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assess current structure and talent to build an organization model that supports solutions tailored to meet the consumer.
- Lead integration efforts of consumer learnings and insights to drive a holistic approach that informs the consumer journey.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and solve opportunities for the consumer.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance by integrating consumer experience technology and services.
- Develop solutions to accomplish strategic visions requiring organization-wide coordination.
- Lead consumer experience-driven plans and infrastructure that supports cross-platform functionality.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for reporting and action planning.
- Provide leadership for performance improvement and quality initiatives.
- Influence a customer-centric culture transformation.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- Strong business acumen to drive change in a complex organization.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale initiatives.
- Excellent team leadership and organizational skills.
Education And / Or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree preferred (in business administration or marketing or analytics).
- 15 years of experience required; 8 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
