As Ridgeline’s Regional Sales Director, you will lead field sales efforts in the western region of the United States. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and managing a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth. Your role will be crucial in expanding Ridgeline’s presence, acquiring our first 100+ customers, and fostering strong partnerships across internal teams such as Customer Experience, Product Development, Marketing, and more. This role requires a strategic leader who can scale a team, refine sales processes, and uphold our values of integrity, innovation, and customer commitment.
What will you do?
- Lead and mentor a high-performing regional sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, resilience, and continuous learning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, recruit, and retain top sales talent to scale the team effectively
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to refine sales processes and improve customer experience
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on customer feedback and industry trends
- Manage sales forecasts, pipeline development, and performance metrics to ensure consistent and predictable revenue growth
- Partner with Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and long-term satisfaction
- Uphold Ridgeline’s core values in all aspects of leadership, sales execution, and team development
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience leading a high-performing enterprise sales team, preferably in SaaS or a tech startup environment
- Strong track record of successfully recruiting, developing, and motivating sales professionals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in managing sales operations, forecasting, and CRM tools
- Passion for technology and innovation, with an ability to translate complex solutions into customer value
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strategic and execution-oriented mindset
Bonus
- Experience selling to investment management firms or financial services organizations
- Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise software solutions

Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $305,000 to $335,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
