Planet Technology’s direct end-user client is looking for a ServiceNow Architect with experience working within the ITSM, ITOM and CMDB modules. You would be surrounded by some incredibly smart and creative technologists and also get weekly exposure to multiple teams with various IT backgrounds. This is a very energetic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• The ServiceNow Architect will be part of our team and will be accountable for delivering Best Practices working with our client on their ServiceNow projects.
• This role will be responsible for all technical deliverables related to ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Work with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint sessions.
• Develop technical solutions for working on ServiceNow projects including establishing milestones, finalizing budget/scope, and assisting with high-level architecture.
• Work with stakeholders to conduct reviews through design sessions.
• Create demos with specific workflows for use cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Architecture and Implementation of ServiceNow.
• Must have experience in ITSM, ITOM and the CMDB modules.
• Experience running technical workshops for ServiceNow implementations.
• Must have experience creating estimates and configuring the functionalities within ServiceNow modules.
• Must have experience with scripting, workflows and integrations.
• Experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts and process documents.
• Must have good communication and documentation skills.
• Must have global team lead skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA or CIS certifications.
• Experience using Ivanti Cherwell.
• Good experience with ServiceNow Automation, Administration and HRSD implementation.
• Understanding of Agile and ITIL processes.
