Job Overview:
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be the key player for the Developer Experience Platform Development and Self-Service automation team to drive and develop the solutioning, coding, and platform management while improving developer productivity and effectiveness. You will be working autonomously while driving collaboration and development best practices among the team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive engineering technical solutions, best practices, design, and development of Cloud native solutions.
- Participate in Agile Scrum, PI Planning, and work with Scrum Master, RTE, Project Manager to estimate key deliverables and manage milestones.
- Drive code reviews, solution design sessions, Lunch and Learn sessions, developer community of practice, technical demos, and office hours with the developer community for knowledge sharing, solving pain points, and bringing innovative solutions to problems.
- Meet partner teams and the developer community to understand pain points.
- Manage and maintain documentation of technical requirements, runbooks, DR strategy, release management, and design documents (SAS documentation) while driving onsite and offshore teams to deliver defined priorities.
- Hands-on application development (Web, API, and Mobile), security and vulnerabilities resolution, coding, and testing of platform/scaffolding/templates.
- Work closely with engineers, tech leads, architecture, security, platform engineering, quality engineering, cloud, and change & release management teams to architect and deliver technical reference designs for APIs and web while promoting those practices among development communities.
- Drive innovation and automation to simplify challenges and enhance developer productivity and experiences across the enterprise.

Requirements:
- Hands-on 5+ years of end-to-end application development experience in .Net, Angular, Typescript, and Python-based cloud-hosted web, mobile, and microservice development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in orchestration platforms (EKS, OpenShift).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in development and automation of AWS Cloud technologies: AWS IAM, Security Groups, API Gateway, ECS Fargate, Lambda, Elastic Cache, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Elastic Search, Document DB, SQS, Event Bridge, Step Functions, Terraform templates, Secret Manager, Parameter Store, Kinesis, CloudWatch, EKS, Kafka, Cognito, Docker, Istio mesh, Kubernetes, Azure, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and Groovy.
Core Competencies:
- Developing complete solutions considering sizing, infrastructure, data protection, disaster recovery, security, and application requirements on cloud enterprise systems.
- Experience adhering to an Agile development environment and iterative sprint cycle.
- Deep understanding of API design, OpenAPI specifications, GitOps, Dark Release/G deployment practices, and IAC.
- Develop unit test cases and improve test coverage for the existing codebase.
- Hands-on experience with code quality and code coverage tools/frameworks (e.g., SonarQube, Vera Code), GitHub Actions, Android Studio Universal, AWSCLI2, ColourContrastAnalyser, Docker, Drawio, GitHubDesktop, HomeBrew, IntelliJ, iTerm, Node.js, Postman, PyCharm, and Visual Studio.
Preferences:
- 1+ years of experience in Backstage.io (Open source) or similar internal developer platform setup, plugin development experience using .NET, ReactJS.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in self-service application, infrastructure, and architecture one-click template automation and orchestration engine development experience.
- Expertise in problem-solving, technical leadership, developer evangelism, leading developer community practices, and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Certified Azure/AWS Solution Engineers/Developer/Architect.
- Strong work ethic, learning mindset, can-do attitude, strong sense of ownership, organizational skills, and adaptive capacity for rapidly changing priorities and workloads.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Pay Range:
$111,500-$185,800/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
