The role:

Earn up to $2,500 per month (depending on experience) as a Marketing Assistant for Venture Smarter, your trusted partner in navigating the complex landscape of business growth and transition.

As a remote Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts, organizing campaigns, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

What the job entails:

1. Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the marketing department.
2. Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with relevant information.
3. Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
4. Collaborate with marketing executives to organize and manage various projects.
5. Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
6. Create and manage content for marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company website.
7. Employ marketing analytics techniques (e.g., social media analytics, web analytics, rankings) to gather essential data.

Job Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
2. Proven experience as a marketing assistant or in a related role.
3. Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (CRM tools, online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.).
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment and adapt to changing needs and expectations.
7. High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer orientation, with a results-driven and growth-oriented mindset.
