• Design and develop UI Layer for the application using Spring MVC along with JSF, CSS and HTML.
• Design and develop microservices using Java, Springboot and Hibernate.
• Work with welfare case management/eligibility determination systems to create eligibility business rules.
• Develop web applications and REST services with the integration of Corticon Foundation APIs.
• Develop application using Hibernate to connect with Oracle database to store and fetch data.
• Responsible for authoring/modeling Rules and creating rules flow in Corticon.
• Develop SQL queries, Joins, PL/SQL sub programs like stored procedures, triggers and functions.
• Analyze operational needs and use the Corticon modeling studio to model, test, optimize, and package business rules.
• Troubleshoot the Corticon Business Rules Server operations using the logs and exception messages produced.
• Follow Agile/Scrum Development Methodology to implement the project.
• Act as an expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.

Minimum Education Requirement: This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
